Patricia P. Kryder
Patricia Porter Kryder is an attorney in the Tax Department at King & Ballow in Nashville, Tennessee and primarily works in the areas of tax and estate planning and general business law.
Prior to joining King & Ballow, Ms. Kryder engaged in “private client services” for high net worth individuals and businesses. She was previously “of counsel” to the law firm, Heiskell, Donelson, Bearman, Adams, Williams & Kirsch, and a partner with Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, both in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms. Kryder graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor’s Degree, magna cum laude in pre-law (political science) and education, and received her Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law and an L.L.M. (in taxation) from the University of Florida Graduate Tax Program.
She writes for King & Ballow's Entertainment Law, Construction Law, and Employment Law Comment newsletters, as well as for King & Ballow's employment law blog, Keeping You Posted.
Ms. Kryder is admitted to practice in Florida, Tennessee and the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. She is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association, including the section on Estate Planning and Probate.
